We already used a new training schedule at the end of last season as an experiment, but we will continue to use it from now on.
In the past, training was split into two groups: beginner and advanced. From now on, the sessions are split into four groups based on: level (beginner/advanced) and whether you play competition or not. Recreational (meaning non-competition) training lasts from 20:00 until 21:00. Starting at 21:00, we have competition training. Both recreational training and competition are split into beginner and advanced groups. See the table below for more information.
The competition training aims to let competition players train together with players from their own competition team, to be better prepared for competition matches.
At 21:00, there will be free-play as usual. From 20:00 until 22:00, there are typically some courts available for free-play, but you might have to rotate between players when there are more players than can fit on the courts.
Time | Type of training | Who? |
20:00-21:00 | Recreational training | Beginner and advanced (separate groups) |
21:00-22:00 | Competition training | Beginner and advanced (separate groups) |
22:00-23:00 | Free-play | Everyone |
